The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Administrators to join our newly formed central recovery team in our Edinburgh office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to heavily influence the growth and effectiveness of a large, nationwide organisation.

You'll be:

Ensuring all monies received are recorded accurately and on the required systems
Monitoring for debtors not making planned payments and escalate as required
Liaising with debtors to come up with a repayment plan
Providing reports and information to customers within pre agreed timescales.
Performing any adhoc administrative tasks to a high standard
Supporting other colleagues as and when required, displaying a 'one team' approach
Have good knowledge of Excel and Word
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have good attention to detail
Are able work effectively under pressure and manage to tight deadlines
Have Financial Services experience (desirable)
Have debt recovery experience (desirable)
