    Job Description:

    Craft impactful learning materials for mechanical, aerospace, and renewable energy engineering fields as an Engineering Content Developer. Develop comprehensive written workbooks, including worked examples, practice questions, and assignments that guide students through complex engineering concepts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create high-quality written workbooks covering mechanical, electrical/electronic, aerospace, and renewable energy engineering topics.
    • Develop clear, engaging worked examples that break down complex engineering concepts.
    • Re-write existing learning material into blog-style articles for the website.
    • Mark & supervise student works & projects.
    • Design challenging practice questions and assignments to reinforce learning objectives.
    • Provide detailed, instructive solutions for all practice materials.
    • Ensure content accuracy and alignment with current industry standards.
    • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency across learning materials.
    • Adapt content for online learning platforms and self-paced study.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of materials based on student feedback and industry developments.
    • Outbound calling/emails to prospective students to contribute to the student recruitment/sales process.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical/electronic, aerospace, or renewable energy fields.
    • Proven track record in creating educational content, particularly for engineering disciplines.
    • Engineering teaching experience (college level or above).
    • Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
    • Strong grasp of instructional design principles.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (written and verbally).
    • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
    • Creative approach to developing engaging learning experiences.
