Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers.
Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of solid board packaging solutions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industryspecific software.

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
