Job Description:
Administrative Assistant


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate individuals
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Must have exceptional computer skills.

Must be driving

Start time 7:30am-3:30pm


Term Time Only

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
