Data Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work with an international children's charity working with children, their communities, and with supporters and partners, in almost 100 countries.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience good range of benefits
Contract:
Permanent hours per week - part time or flexible working considered
Location:
Homebased / flexible with occasional travel to Milton Keynes
About the role:
As Data Analyst you would be using your amazing data skills to help unlock new opportunities found within the charity's data and equip teams with the data and insight needed to transform their individual giving programme.
You would be partnering closely with marketing teams to deliver real actionable insights that fuels growth in both acquisition and retention activities with the end goal of improving the overall value of the supporter base.
And by working alongside different teams they will look to your unique talents to help guide them to make the best possible decisions.
About you:
You will using your unique talent of proven data analytics to solve problems that are evenly matched by your ability to manage powerful collaborations with your business partners.
Your experience in managing relationships at different levels along with the ability to influence decision making will be paramount in ensuring this role is successful.
You'll work closely with marketing teams to help them write sharp data briefs and to be clear on what the problem is that they need to solve.
Key skills and experience include:
*Proven experience in Data Analytics, Data mining and the use of trend analysis techniques/models
*Ability to use SQL, statistical programs (e.g. R) and other programming languages (e.g.
Python)
*Working knowledge of large databases in order to select, extract and transform relevant information
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong understanding of what makes a marketing campaign successful (knowledge of fundraising would be an advantage but not essential)
*Strong Influencing skills with the ability to present complex problems in a simple & straightforward way.
*Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI would be beneficial
