We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the excellent Maldron Hotel, Glasgow City

Maldron Hotel Glasgow City is a brand new and centrally located hotel in Glasgow offering impressive 4-star bedrooms, meeting facilities and our Grain & Grill Restaurant where you can enjoy flavoursome dishes prepared from fresh, local produce.

Maldron Hotel Glasgow City is the perfect location for every occasion from a leisurely weekend getaway, a corporate stay for a business meeting to a city break with friends.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

Requirements:

Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
