We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a wonderful school in the South London area.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support to students with learning differences.

Responsibilities:

Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
Provide oneonone and smallgroup support to students with learning differences.
Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Assist with classroom management and organization.
Build positive relationships with students and families.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
