We are looking for a
Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to work for at least 3 months in Suffolk working within the Mental Health Service.

The pay rate for this
Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner role
is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

We have a placement for a
Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner _with MH experience _**to work within the Adult Community Team in Suffolk.

Start date - ASAP

Working Hours - Full time

Skills/Qualifications needed -RMHN or Mental health social worker

Day to Day - Managing a caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness. Attending ward reviews. Attending MDT. Keeping all electronic paperwork up to date.
