**DevOps Engineer (Azure)
Remote, UK

£60k + 20% Bonus
Job Summary:

My client is looking for a skilled Azure Platform Engineer to join their dynamic team.

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining their platform architecture to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiencyof their systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and reliable platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the platform architecture, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency
Manage and maintain the infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security
Continuously monitor and optimize the platform's performance and availability
Automate manual tasks and implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in platform engineering and recommend improvements to the existing architecture

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Platform or DevOps engineering or related roles.
Solid experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloudbased platforms
:Azure:
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience (IaC)
:Terraform:
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
:Docker, Kubernetes:
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
:Ideally Azure DevOps, but Jenkins or GitLab etc are fine:
Experience with automation tools e
