Key Responsibilities
- Managing the endtoend recruitment and selection functions across all venues for team members.
- Acting as an ambassador for , representing the business professionally and reflecting the company culture.
- Report the weekly interview trial and hiring statistics.
- Working in partnership with local learning institutions to engage students and organise work experience.
- Working in partnership with with local universities and attending job fairs
- Responsible for all eligibility to work checks and to manage and maintain paperwork.
- To issue starter paperwork to new employees and manage employees' records.
- Liaising with agencies for the coordination of reference checks, preemployment medicals, visas and work permits.
- To handle daytoday team member queries.
- Assist with inductions and assessment days as and when required
- Issuing all relevant paperwork to new starters.
- Drafting and amending all relevant casual job descriptions and advertising all part time job opportunities.
- To assist with new starter Health & Safety inductions.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Operations team.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
