Overview

Key Responsibilities

Managing the endtoend recruitment and selection functions across all venues for team members.
Acting as an ambassador for , representing the business professionally and reflecting the company culture.
Report the weekly interview trial and hiring statistics.
Working in partnership with local learning institutions to engage students and organise work experience.
Working in partnership with with local universities and attending job fairs
Responsible for all eligibility to work checks and to manage and maintain paperwork.
To issue starter paperwork to new employees and manage employees' records.
Liaising with agencies for the coordination of reference checks, preemployment medicals, visas and work permits.
To handle daytoday team member queries.
Assist with inductions and assessment days as and when required
Issuing all relevant paperwork to new starters.
Drafting and amending all relevant casual job descriptions and advertising all part time job opportunities.
To assist with new starter Health & Safety inductions.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Operations team.

£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
