Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support the daily requests coming into the central Supply Chain department.
The Supply Chain is responsible for all order requests for the business to ensure safe & efficient delivery of our works at the most competitive rates with minimum downtime to the operation.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to raise purchase orders with good detail and send to the suppliers
We are looking for someone to support the PO process from start to finish and manage invoice queries
We are looking for someone to field internal and external calls to deliver all business requirements
We are looking for someone to take requests from internal customers and place the relevant orders with suppliers
We are looking for someone to ensure all contract costs are accurately allocated to the correct project codes and in the correct weeks
We are looking for someone to liaise with other departments to ensure data integrity is correct and any discrepancies are identified, and re-occurrence is avoided
