Managing a team of strong BDMs - Potentially unprecedented incentive, career, and growth -
Basic salary is negotiable,but these guys want you earning £80,000 OTE in year 1 - £100,000 in Year 2 (overall package to be discussed)

This is an exciting time to join a UK market leading company to deliver e-commerce solutions to multinational global accounts, with the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world.

( You will be home based with meetings with the team off site - visits to the office in the Midlands and also reporting to the CEO near the M40)


The Role and what will you be doing but not limited to:(Man management and leadership)

Generating new business opportunities for with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in the UK market - team target driven** (80% management role - 20% sales/sales influencer)

  • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product/service, pricing, negotiation and closing the deal and training the sales team on all of the above
  • Managing campaigns with prospective clients working with a variety of departments including tech, supply chain, finance, customer services and design/media teams and being the main point of contact within the whole business for any client needs or requirements
  • You will need to be entrepreneurial in your approach as our endtoend ecommerce offering has many potential benefits for customers, from customised campaigns for existing brands to new marketing strategies and therefore you will need to be able to thinkon your feet and pitch well
  • Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensuring all sales team KPIs are met monthly and quarterly
  • Building and maintaining an indepth understanding of our product by working closely with our logistics, fulfilment, design, and customer service teams and imparting this obtained knowledge to the team
  • Liaising daily the CEO to ensure all criteria are being met
  • Attending events in the UK and abroad to network, create leads and create interest
  • Opportunity for career development if the targets are met. (Genuinely ace scope)
  • Ideally 5 years + experience within a Sales Management role in a b2b solutions & service environment.
  • Synergy with the ecommerce sector or selling to businesses who sell into the b2c space but otherwise intelligence and commercial understanding or similar routes to market. (Open on experience person attributes are key)

- Proven track record leading a sales team in a business development / new business environment:

  • Excellent sales / pitching skills built on retention and repeated business
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business and think like an entrepreneur

- Solutions person, not problems person - creative in their mind set to deliver a client tailored solution and work with key stake holders to deliver best in class.

- Proven understanding of sales metrics and how to use them to build and plan for a successful team:

  • Ability to meet team weekly and monthly targets
  • Strong, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales
  • Excellent organisation and negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team and manage individuals, individually within a structured KPI umbrella.
