Landsec Internships are exciting opportunities to join our business with six months of paid work experience.

Landsec Internships are entry level meaning it doesn't matter if you have any work experience, what school you went to, or if you went to university.

The placements are designed to build your confidence, transferable skills and experience in the world of work, while giving you the opportunity to contribute new insights and perspectives to our business.

What's involved?- Six months of paid work experience starting in late May 202 The chance to build your experience and skills in a dynamic and inclusive FTSE-100 business, hosted in a specific team at Landsec, where you will work on exciting projects during your internship. Training, learning and development opportunities to develop your skillset and confidence, including access to LinkedIn Learning. A team buddy and senior mentor to grow your professional network, alongside personal coaching and support from an external provider. The opportunity to join our diversity and employee networks. London Living Wage salary of £23,933 (pro-rata for 6 months). Landsec Internships are designed to give you the first step on your career journey in the real estate industry - please note that these are six-month opportunities with no guarantee of a permanent role at the end.
The role - Asset Management Intern

Landsec's Asset Management team is responsible for determining the visions for the properties (assets) we own.

In collaboration with expert teams across our business, we create ambitious strategies to deliver some of the most exciting retail and mixed-use destinations in the UK.

As a team, our objective is to grow rental income and increase asset values, which contributes to the performance of Landsec as a business.


As Asset Management Intern, you will be part of the team bringing together the asset visions, assessing research and insight, contributing ideas and working with lots of different teams across our business.

You will also be part of co-ordinating the delivery of asset strategies, working on creating and delivering projects that drive income and enhance asset value.

This position is hugely varied and you will get to experience the broad range of activities that the asset management team is part of.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about property, people and retail. We need someone with great people skills to help us bring teams together from across the business. You would have good communication skills, enjoys analysing information, problem solving and thinking creatively.
