Here at Nigel Frank we have been selected by one of our closest clients in the form of a Microsoft Gold Partner to help source for them a new D365 support analyst.

The successful specialist they are keen to acquire will have experience across the board, but will also specifically have advanced experience with the manufacturing and trade & logistics modules.

My client is actively in pursuit of a leader, someone who is willing and able to put their acquired knowledge of D365 to the test by leading charge of the support for a revolutionary D365 project.

The highly driven individual suited for this opportunity will need to be someone who can handle pressure and responsibility to the highest of degrees leading their team by example.


  • Daytoday responsibilities
  • Use D365 knowledge and other relevant expertise in order to lead your support team towards delivering reliable and effective support on a variety of issues
  • Work with teams across the board in order to understand system needs from a functional aspect improving the support delivered by your team
  • Use your working knowledge of delivering support within a manufacturing and trade & logistics environment to maximise support output and potential
Skills & Experience required

  • 4+ years' experience offering D365 support
  • Experienced supporting the manufacturing and trade & logistics modules with further knowledge of other modules across the board
  • Lead experience is preferable but not essential
  • Business process knowledge is also preferred for the key modules but is also not essential
