The Intensive Support Team (IST) are looking for Band 6 Lead Practioners who will be based at Ash Green, Chesterfield, covering the North Derbyshire geographical area.

These posts are open to Registered staff who hold qualifications in Learning disability or Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy.
