Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, rapidly growing global manufacturing business based in Tamworth/Wolverhampton with the appointment of a Employee Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join a busy HR function.

This role can offer a mix of office and home working.

This role can be based from Tamworth or Wolverhampton.


Description
The role of Employee Benefits and HRIS Specialist, reports to the HR VP and plays a critical part in the HR function, collaborating with HR colleagues and take responsibility for:

  • Onboarding and off boarding to employee benefits plans and administration of same
  • Benefits Vendor management and set up
  • Design and delivery of wellness programs
  • Key contact for HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, dataanalytics and reporting activities, working with ERP team, supporting Divisional HR team, and delivering training.
  • Support / manage implementation of Time and Attendance system across the UK
  • Support / manage ad hoc benefits and rewards projects as required, including incentive plans, performance management, M&A.

Profile
You will have a keen interest in analysis, driving and supporting a range of benefits and rewards activities and projects and working as a key member of a divisional UK HR team


Job Offer
Up to £55000
