Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, rapidly growing global manufacturing business based in Tamworth/Wolverhampton with the appointment of a Employee Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join a busy HR function.
This role can be based from Tamworth or Wolverhampton.
Description
The role of Employee Benefits and HRIS Specialist, reports to the HR VP and plays a critical part in the HR function, collaborating with HR colleagues and take responsibility for:
- Onboarding and off boarding to employee benefits plans and administration of same
- Benefits Vendor management and set up
- Design and delivery of wellness programs
- Key contact for HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, dataanalytics and reporting activities, working with ERP team, supporting Divisional HR team, and delivering training.
- Support / manage implementation of Time and Attendance system across the UK
- Support / manage ad hoc benefits and rewards projects as required, including incentive plans, performance management, M&A.
Profile
You will have a keen interest in analysis, driving and supporting a range of benefits and rewards activities and projects and working as a key member of a divisional UK HR team
Job Offer
Up to £55000
This role can offer a mix of office and home working.
