About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our award winning Diversity and Inclusion team in Birmingham.

Your role will be to work with the D&I Manager to support to delivery of our extensive D&I programme across the firm.

You will be an integral part of the team providing co-ordination and administration to support us in achieving our ambitions.


In addition you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm including the co-leads of our employee networks, partners, business services directors, fee earners at all levels and members of the wider business services teams.

We are looking for someone who has strong administrative skills and a passion for diversity and inclusion and the impacts it can have on building and strengthening the organisation as a whole.

Whilst direct experience in a D&I role is not required, your desire to impact and support our development of our core values and strategies is.

The core skills for this role require you to have:

  • Excellent technical skills
  • Strong organisational skills in terms of diary management and ability to manage projects
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, data systems and reporting
  • Experienced in managing conflicting priorities in a busy team
  • Be a strong collaborator, working flexibly and efficiently within the wider team
  • The ability to take a consultative approach and takes ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
