Salary:
£23,750 - £26,500 (Grade 4) - pro-rata for part time
What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for supporting the Quality & Contract Manager in overseeing quality/compliance across the Restart contract, including monthly spot checks of participant records placing focus on customer service standards and quality compliance, data insight, performance driver identification and leading continuous improvement activities across the Restart contract.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be:
- working alongside the Quality & Compliance team to develop and maintain the necessary contractual compliance and performance delivery requirements.
- You will ensure contracts are delivered within the Quality Assurance Framework, including the sampling regime and MI Reporting frequency in line with the Contract Management Framework.
- To work closely with quality & compliance and Contract Manager leads to understand the key risks and develop mitigating plans.
You will need to:
- Be educated to NVQ level 3 or relevant or comparable knowledge gained through professional experience
- Have experience of conducting quality assurance, compliance or audit checks
- Have strong communication skills
- Be highly organised and pay attention to detail
- Work flexibly across teams and adapt quickly to change
