A unique opportunity has become available for a full-time Practice Manager to join our specialist Physiotherapy practice in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for a highly accomplished, self-motivated, productive, and proactive individual withdemonstrable skills in finance, business and strategic management.
Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effectiveday-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.
A little about you:
- You will ideally have 1 years management experience within a healthcare or commercial setting
- Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and Compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach, to guide, direct, support and manage the team, ensuring an efficient and happy team
Main Responsibilities:
- To help guide and direct the business of the practice
- To strive to improve the financial performance of the practice
- To ensure planning and implementation of promotional initiatives
- To ensure all nonclinical systems within the practice run smoothly and efficiently constantly improving these
- To ensure we always give practical support and care to our patients, ensuring their experience is constantly improving on our already high standards
- To ensure our compliance with necessary regulations and laws

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells, you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
