    Senior Director, Medical Strategy - Oncology

    This role is perfect for visionary leaders who can direct programs across the Real Chemistry 'One Medical' business. You'll shape cutting-edge strategies, foster a dynamic environment, and lead teams in content development, team leadership, and strategic thinking.

    • Therapy Area Expertise: Direct internal programs related to therapy area and scientific expertise across the global 'One Medical' team.
    • Strategic Thinking: Define strategy on new and complex business proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
    • Client Relationships: Act as trusted advisor for clients and internal teams across Real Chemistry.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Extensive experience in medical education, managing large teams of medical writers and/or strategists.
    • A proven record of building strong client relationships and growing business opportunities.
    • A deep understanding of healthcare, science, medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry.
