Fleet Administrator
Salary:
£25,000 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
10:00AM - 18:00PM

Watling St, Hinckley LE10 3ED

What you'll be doing;
- Liaise with workshops and external suppliers
- Raise purchase orders on Workday
- Maintain fleet related files and planners
- Answer telephone and deal with complaints and queries
- Provide general administration support to line manager and wider team
- Effective recordkeeping
- Ensure fleet legislation, policies and procedures are Implemented and adhered to
- File And update KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
What we're looking for;
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Driving licence would be beneficial due to location
- Fleet Administration Experience (Optional), Job role training will be provided
- Google And Microsoft Literate with a good working knowledge of Google sheets (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Organisational Skills Be Able To Demonstrate A Flexible Approach To Work
- Communication, Interpersonal And Customer Relationship Skills
- Experience Of Meeting And Working To Tight Deadlines
