A fantastic business to work for are looking for a cost oriented management accountant to support their dynamic finance team


Client Details
My client is a growing manufacturer in East Kent looking to hire a cost accountant/management accountant


Description

  • Review current and new Product Costings
  • Lead support on analysing daily / weekly production variances
  • Assist Commercial Finance manager and FD on weekly KPI reporting
  • Key support in implementing robust WMS / Stock Controls
  • Reconcile Weekly Reports with Monthly Accounts and provide analysis
  • Track and report on KPI's and key functional metrics to reduce costs to improve buying & production efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist CFM and FD on work process reengineering projects
  • Understanding current ERP system and help FD implement changes to ERP

Profile

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally be studying towards an accounting qualification
  • Have previous working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Be competent in Excel up to an intermediate level
