Description

We are looking for an experienced mid-level Lawyer with pro-active attitude to assist one of the real estate partners with a growing client base.

The Role


The job will include running teams for secured lending transactions (including liaising with the banking and construction teams) and also acting on behalf of a number of other clients including investors, developers and owner occupiers.

Experience Required

  • Competent, confident real estate lawyer with a good breadth of experience.
  • Real estate finance experience preferred but not essential.
  • Works well within a large team.
  • Good organisational and management skills with an ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • PQE 5 years or above.
