This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already has general bookkeeping experience but would also like the opportunity to be involved in the preparation of the Management and Financial accounts.
We are a Care company offering 'Outstanding' care to people living in their own homes with a turnover of £5m and have over 200 staff.
We require an account's manager to work alongside and support our Head of Finance and be responsible for managing our accounts assistant.
Roles and responsibilities to include:
- To Manage all aspects of the accounts function, with specific responsibilities for:
- Banking and Reconciliation
- Card accounts
- Petty Cash
- Cash flow reports
- Purchase Ledger
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll
- Salaried Staff
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll
- Hourly paid Carers
- Nominal control Accounts
- Preparation of Monthly Financial and Management accounts
