The Hive College is a Specialist Further Education college that provides a vocational
curriculum for learners from 19 to 25 years with high needs such as physical and learning difficulties and sensory impairments.
Our study programmes focus on Preparation for Adulthood which include:

- independent living
- good health
- friends, relationships, and community

Responsibilities include:
- delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail
- data inputting, including updating student and staff information and maintaining confidentiality
- co-ordinating new student admissions for the college
- administering student attendance and free school meals
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm.
