We are seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to join our mission and be part of a Brand and Marketing team focused on making a difference.


This is a newly created role where you will shape and deliver our marketing approach to new business bids for workplace pensions and protection, working closely with the Bid Management team.

You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic pitches to promote our products and services by creating compelling materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.

About the role

Support with the timely delivery of persuasive pitches to prospects, tailored to specific needs and opportunities.
Define and develop a core suite of compelling pitch materials, including presentations, proposals, and other collateral.
Collaborate with Distribution to gain deep account intelligence t o help shape tailored marketing content.
Ensure pitch materials are well-structured, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines and wider messaging framework.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure pitches are accurate and compliant.
Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continually enhance pitch effectiveness.

About you

Strong project management skills.
Collaborative with excellent stakeholder management.
Ability to manage budgets and risks.
Strong understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques.
