If yes, then why not join our Centre of Expertise supporting TUI Musement & TUI BLUE Placement Team and make a real difference by helping us take forward the development of our future in-house placement system in partnership with HR Systems and additionally support the presentation of critical people data in partnership with the HR Data & Analytics Team.


ABOUT THE JOB

Take the lead to coordinate the development, testing and implementation of our future in-house placement system in partnership with HR systems & IT, enabling compliant and efficient future ways of working.

Evaluate and propose a new online seasonal placement process helping to maximise the filling of all seasonal roles internally and ensuring we have 'the right people in the most suitable positions at the right time'.

Develop processes that support destination colleagues to potentially move internally right across the TUI volume family such as Canin Crew, Retail, Contact Centres and vice versa.

Create and manage data and reporting that contributes to the wider success of HR for example hiring, recruitment and pro-actively identify risks as soon as they become visible.

Partner with People & Culture Development to champion and improve the internal progression pipeline.

Build and maintain multiple relationships both inside and outside of HR namely HR Systems and Analytics and our senior destination management teams.

Retain an element of being in a hands-on placement planning role to enable a good understanding of the internal system and process you will essentially be helping to develop.

Lead the virtual/international placement team and deputize for your manager during periods of leave.


ABOUT YOU

A true people person and team player - able to work independently as part of a friendly virtual and international team.

Enjoy working at times under pressure to react at speed to support the smooth running of the busy overseas operation.

Comfortable being data lead and with building/reading reporting and action planning. Ability to understand, design and communicate clear processes and SLAs. Can adapt well to new technology and have a super attention to detail. Constantly looks for ways to improve and creatively solve problems and stays calm in a crisis. Confident communicating to international colleagues in English and the ability to challenge at times senior stakeholders. An understanding of the nature of job roles/responsibilities in our holiday destinations beneficial.
