Billing Specialist
Our client is looking for an individual to join their Head Offices, based in Stamford Hill.

You will have the opportunity to join a growing business, with locations in London and Manchester, joining their billings team, where you work as a senior in the team.

The Role:

Ensure a smooth billing process for all customers and connections
Utilise Billing software to maximise the efficiency of the Billing process
Report and analyse to ensure accurate Billing
Support all departments with their billing requirements
Update and maintain customer information within our databases
Provide professional customer service for all billing queries
Escalate queries and concerns when necessary
Ensure all procedures are compliant
Complete various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

The Individual:

Problem solver with critical thinking
Multitask and prioritise your workload
Able to work to targets and to deadlines
Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility
Previous billings experience
Experience gained from within the telecoms industry an advantage but not a requirement

Interviews are taking place immediately with a start date in January 2023.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
