Working for this ethical bank based in central Bristol as committee secretary you will be required to:- Provide committee secretarial services for the Risk Sub-Committee of Board (to include: business and agenda management, minute-taking and meeting management). Meetings in March, April, May, July, August and October 2023)
- Provide secretarial services for fortnightly Senior Management Team Meetings (to include: business and agenda management, meeting management, recording of actions)
- Provide governance support for a regulatory project in respect of Consumer Duty
- Provide governance support for an internal project reviewing the TBUK governance framework
Ideally you will have the following expereince:
- Essential experience : 2 years' committee servicing experience, good grounding in governance principles
- Desirable experience : experience working in the regulated financial industry, particularly re. prudential risk, experience with Risk Committees (or ARCs)
- Desirable skills : familiarity with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PDF Editing, Board Management platforms
