What is the role?

You will ensure an outstanding learning experience for all students at your sites (currently Bristol and Plymouth), and those studying Maths & English.
You will lead on the production and strategic development of ACC's Maths and English Strategy, and support its implementation.
You will provide strategic leadership in the development of inspiring, innovative and collaborative approaches in teaching, learning, and quality improvement.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of the quality framework.
You will ensure all aspects of the quality cycle are supported by effective systems, processes and data.
You will make robust judgments and recommendations underpinned by evaluative quality activity to continually improve the student experience.

- **Leadership Qualities**:Entrepreneurial leadership skills and experience in educational management in driving high performing teams.

Educational Experience:Managing or supporting a teaching team to ensure an outstanding learner experience

Curriculum Area Experience:A passion for Maths & English and a strong understanding of the associated opportunities and challenges within an FE setting.
