Position overview:

As the Production Administrator, you're a key member of the Kettering Team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

You will contribute to the success of Ball by supporting the Plant Senior Leadership Team with administration and coordination tasks relating to production.

Your key responsibilities include:

General administration duties for production, supporting all SLT members in administrative tasks, coordination, etc.
Preparing and generating various production reports.
Involvement in overseeing the administration and supporting creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets.
Taking ownership of stores and spares setup, supporting managers in ordering spares and overseeing the process to ensure efficient stock is in place at all times, taking into consideration delivery times.
Supporting and taking ownership in stock taking, ensuring all stock is booked on the system.
Participation in continuous improvement projects
Championing engaging communication across the whole plant team, including the senior leadership team, managers, engineers and operators.
Support SLT members in various adhoc duties to support eefficient production process

Experience and skills required:

Administration and customer service experience, but not essential
Excellent organisational skills and ability to regularly multitask
Flexible and adaptable attitude to work, with a proactive approach
Advanced Microsoft Office
Ability to work crossfunctionally in a multicultural environment
Fluency in written and spoken English.
