Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions and product and service recommendations
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities, upsell products/services, and effectively convert inquiries into sales
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or provide information

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals

Salary:
From £24,717.51 per year
