Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions and product and service recommendations
- Actively pursue sales opportunities, upsell products/services, and effectively convert inquiries into sales
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or provide information
Skills:
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals
Salary:
From £24,717.51 per year
