  • Job detailsIf you have E-Commerce Support experience and you're seeking a new contract role in Warwick, we want to hear from you Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an ECommerce Support, and the role comes with a contract rate of £25.96 per hour. This role is inside IR35. Typicall this role will require being on site in Warwick once or twice a week.
As an ECommerce Support, you will work within the global Brand Partnerships Experience and Collections (BPEC) Ecommerce Team. You will support the e-commerce team and Experience e-commerce end users with several workstreams.

In your first few weeks in this E-Commerce Support role, you can expect to:

  • Resolve end-user enquiries, technical issues, and support requests related to the Experience E-commerce tech stack
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with endusers
  • Develop and manage user guides
  • Develop and refine support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience within a digital marketing, digital development or Ecommerce team or agency
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics and SEMRUSH or similar
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
