Casual/Zero Hours May & June and beyond

Who are we?


National Merchandise manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across indoor and outdoor events around the UK.

We work in some of the biggest arenas in the UK, including the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow OVO Hydro Arena, The O2 Arena in London, Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, Manchester's AO Arena plus the brand-new Co-op Arena which opens soon in Manchester


What are we looking for?
We are looking for Retail Merchandise Supervisors to join our team at our Glasgow venues for May and June 2024,

but with the potential for additional shifts later in the year


You will have the opportunity to work at the OVO arena for artists like Take That, Tenacious D, Elbow, Nickelback, and the Pet Shop Boys or at outdoor events like Green Day at Bellahouston Park, Stirling Summer Sounds in the Castle Grounds and TRNSMT in Glasgow Green.

Being a Retail Merchandise Supervisor for National Merchandise is a must for music lovers


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our retail merchandise team working on a casual event driven basis, you will provide top class customer retail service to support the tour merchandise sales for some of the world's most renowned artists.

The role involves ensuring our high standards of service are maintained and providing a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors to or venues.


Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience.

If you take pride in your work, have a positive friendly attitude, and possess excellent communication skills we want to hear from you.


Skills & Competencies required:

  • Strong numerical skills and mental arithmetic.
  • Accuracy and ability to be calm under pressure.
  • Well presented.
  • Customer service experience and retail experience.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up new skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Follow health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Shifts are available for, evenings, and bank holidays.

Our Merchandise Supervisors receive National minimum wage plus £1. In addition you will also receive % holiday pay for every hour worked.
