Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the training department to organise and schedule training programs, including coordinating with trainers and trainees, securing training materials, and arranging for training locations.
- Manage the provision of training programs to external clients, including organising and scheduling NVQ's and Apprenticeships.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, such as attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including preparing training manuals, handouts, and other educational materials.
- Monitor and track employee training and certification requirements and ensure that all employees meet mandatory training standards.
- Work with the HR department to ensure that all training requirements are met for new employees.
- Manage trainingrelated databases and information systems, including ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the training department, such as handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining department files.
- Stay uptodate with changes and developments in the industry to ensure that our training programs are relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in training or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the highway electrical construction industry is a plus.

£21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
