Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the training department to organise and schedule training programs, including coordinating with trainers and trainees, securing training materials, and arranging for training locations.
  • Manage the provision of training programs to external clients, including organising and scheduling NVQ's and Apprenticeships.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, such as attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, including preparing training manuals, handouts, and other educational materials.
  • Monitor and track employee training and certification requirements and ensure that all employees meet mandatory training standards.
  • Work with the HR department to ensure that all training requirements are met for new employees.
  • Manage trainingrelated databases and information systems, including ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the training department, such as handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining department files.
  • Stay uptodate with changes and developments in the industry to ensure that our training programs are relevant and effective.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in training or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the highway electrical construction industry is a plus.

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
