Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Assistant.

As a Project Assistant, you will provide an effective, efficient, flexible and proactive support on the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Team.
  • To establish, manage and maintain efficient and accurate information and administrative systems.
  • Designing and implementing new procedures and practice to meet changing requirements.
  • To research and prepare basic briefings and presentational material on development issues, liaising with other internal and external agencies where appropriate.
  • Assist team in promoting and publicising development activity, developing and contributing to consultation, marketing and publicity exercises and organising events.
  • Deal with enquiries from other internal stakeholders, members of the public, outside organisations and give advice as necessary.
  • Undertake and assist with special projects, investigations, or organisational reviews as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting on multiple projects
  • Experience within housing or property would be preferred
