We have an amazing
Reward and Benefits Managerrole working with a national media organisation

You'll be reporting to the Head of Reward, Pensions, and HR Operations and be responsible for the provision of data and insight to the People team and business, to inform decisions and underpin the overall people strategy.

You'll also actively manage the Rewardand Benefits agenda, delivering projects, and supporting the people strategy. As the Reward and Benefits Manager you'll make recommendations and proactively identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage the delivery of the Gender Pay Gap and Ethnicity Pay Gap results and of the annual salary review process
  • Provision of diversity data and relevant analysis for the Group People Director
  • Work with the Head of Reward, Pensions and HR Operations to deliver strategic Reward projects.
  • Undertake benchmarking of roles as required and provide clear recommendations based on available data.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of all the core and voluntary benefits
  • Manage the annual and biannual renewal process, including negotiations with third parties, and work closely with the people services team.
  • Manage the production of the relevant data for the annual pension benefit statements, working with the Pension Scheme Administrator.
  • Develop good working relationships with external advisors, consultants and brokers.
  • Identify new, fitforpurpose benefits and bring these to the attention of the line manager
  • Undertake projects as required and directed by the Head of Reward & Group People Director.
  • Act as an advisor to the Heads of People and Line Managers, assisting in driving forward the Reward agenda including pay philosophy, grading, and benefits.
  • Support a global people agenda with suitable data and insight, including management of relationships with USA and Australia offices
**To thrive in this role you'll need: **Experience of reporting, implementing and managing Reward systems, benefits - policies and processes, and implementing grading structures and job families. A background in a media organisation would be advantageous with exposure to payroll and pensionsprocesses and approaches.
