BSV are currently hiring for a Mechanical Site Supervisor, on behalf of our client a design and build mechanical building services contractor based in Hoddesdon with projects across London.

If you are a well versed Mechanical Site Supervisor with good knowledge of VRF air-conditioning, plumbing and heating installation, this could just be the opportunity for you.

The Role

As a Mechanical Supervisor for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support and organising on-site labour
Supervising team of site engineers
Producing and implementing work programmes
Method statements and risk assessments
Snagging works, test certificates and quality assurance
Liaising with design team on key issues

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Site Supervisor who is looking to progress their career within the Building Services industry within a well-respected company, for this role you will need a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrable experience Supervising and quality checking Mechanical Building services installations
Prior experience in the installations of Mechanical Building Services on Commercial projects
