About the Job

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
Provide oneonone and smallgroup support to students with learning differences.
Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated lesson plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust support plans if needed.
Assist with classroom organization.
Build positive relationships with students and their families.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
