Leicestershire County Care Ltd has been successfully running Residential Care Homes within the Midlands area for over 10 years.

The foundation of this company is built on providing a safe and homely atmosphere where residents have the ability to live their lives in a nourishing and supportive environment which promotes their independence.

We are currently seeking a Breakfast Server for a vacancy within Woodmarket House, Care Home.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to;

Taking orders for breakfast from the residents ensuring that choices are offered
Serving breakfast to residents
Support with feeding where appropriate
Serving drinks to residents
Setting up eating areas with crockery and cutlery
Promoting hand hygiene before eating
Ensure a good dining experience for the residents
Advise the Home Manager and Care Services staff concerning any changes in a resident's dietary habits, in particular reporting and noting any instances where a resident refuses food
Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships
A friendly and cheerful disposition
Team player, decisive, selfmotivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable individual.
Excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver good service to our elderly residents during their meal times.
