Duties and responsibilities:

There are multiple openings for both 180 and 360 recruitment consultants to join the team.

Managing the entire 360 recruitment process from start to finish.
Business Development
Negotiation
CV Coaching
Interview prep
Ensuring GDPR and employment law is followed at all times.
At least 6 months of 360 recruitment agency experience is essential (open to industry)
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
Excellent communication skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to take ownership of the offer process.
