Responsibilities:


  • Credit Management: Unleash your expertise by assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers to set the perfect credit limits and payment terms.
  • Collections: Put your proactivity into action You'll be in charge of reaching out to customers, ensuring those overdue payments are settled.
  • Dispute Resolution: When it comes to billing discrepancies, consider yourself the Sherlock Holmes of finance Investigate and resolve any issues to ensure prompt payments.
  • Customer Relations: Building bridges is your forte. Foster positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth credit control.
  • Reporting: Your knack for crunching numbers and analyzing credit risk will shine as you prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements:


  • Experience: At least 1 year of credit control or related financial experience to showcase your expertise.
  • Financial Acumen: With your strong understanding of financial principles, credit risk assessment, and collections procedures, you're ready to conquer the financial realm.
  • Communication Skills: Your communication superpowers, both written and verbal, will impress customers and colleagues alike.
  • Negotiation Skills: You've got the finesse to negotiate payment terms and settlement arrangements like a smooth operator.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting and financial software is a bonus in your arsenal.
