We have a fantastic opportunity to join our recently opened DAF Service Truck Dealership based in Bathgate.

You will be manning the Service Reception desk and duties will include:

Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephone
Assessing customers' needs and booking in of trucks for repair or service work
Preparation of job cards
Communication of work to Workshop Controller
Communicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if needed
Maintaining company databases

What are we looking for?

Experience of working within a similar role within the automotive/truck environment
Excellent communication skills
Commercial vehicle technical knowledge
Positive cando attitude
Reliability
PC literate
