Blayze Group have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a highly reputable and well established house-builder in the Kent area.

You will be joining a large, long term project that offers excellent job security, as well as the chance to learn from highly experienced technical team members, enabling professional development and career progression within the business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction
Coordinate and support consultants and subcontractors whilst driving a high standard
Ensure deigns comply with company standards
Promote designs within budgetary constraints
Manage flow of information to surveyor, buyer, construction, sales and marketing
Assist technical managers in compiling preconstruction phase plans
Ensure all documents are available for the document controller
Assist with obtaining section agreements and technical approvals

Beneficial experience:

Professional qualification from a recognised institution or experience in a similar position
Good understanding of financial, legal and planning processes
Architectural, Engineering or construction related degree/qualification
