About the company and role:


I am delighted to be supporting a RIBA Chartered practice based in Devon, who due to continued succession across their projects, now require a Chartered Architect to join their team.

The practice is made up of Architects, Architectural Technologists andInterior Designers have become known for their quality of service and timeless architecture and interior projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered and post Part 3 experience.
  • Residential exposure would be essential as this is where the project demand currently is.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge in Sketchup and Adobe would be preferred.
  • Boast design flare and good technical skills.
  • Good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met to a high standard, within the given time frame.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other members of your design team.
  • Ideally you will have had exposure to running Residential projects/ jobs.
