An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an industry-leading law firm as a Debt Litigation Paralegal based in Leeds, on a flexible basis.


  • 2 days per
    month in the office

My client specialises in debt litigation services and is largely known for the positive treatment of their customers, making them the most trusted and respected firms around.

They provide services to a variety of clients including those in financial services,utilities, telecommunications, and other sectors across the U.K.


As a Debt Litigation Paralegal, you will deal with defended litigation or complex matters within a consumer small claims environment.

As such, it is essential that you have knowledge and experience in consumer credit and collections.

  • You will do recommendations concerning commercial and legal decisions on cases
  • Drafting legal documents, agreements, legal letters, and other correspondence
  • Remain compliant within the SRA regulations
  • Demonstrate excellent client care
