The Role:


As a Resource and Talent Executive you will be required to work towards attracting, recruiting and acquiring talented individuals to expand our team.

We require a compassionate but commercially aware professional who can maintain and uphold the business' Human Resource practices (with the help of our HR consultant) and assist our Team Managers and Leadership team to reach their full potential through their team members with the right recruitment strategy and targets achieved to deliver the functional aspects of our in-house resource.

This is a full time role and will be office and depot based due to the nature of the business.

Main Tasks:


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in all areas and departments
  • Source applicants through online channels, job boards and professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan screening, interview and selection process including any assessments and interviews
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Understand legislation in relation to recruitment and UK requirements
  • Compete documentation in terms of offer, contract and on boarding
  • Consider the retention and motivation of the team in terms of retention and highlight gaps and needs to the leadership team
  • Help with HR admin within the business

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
