We are currently seeking to recruit

Project Support Officer (grade 4) within the Strategic Development Directorate.

The Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) was set up in 1987 to manage legal aid in Scotland. We are a non-departmental public body responsible to the Scottish Government.

About the role
They will contribute to the planning, management and delivery of the GALA project


This is achieved by:
- the administration, creation and management of project documentation throughout the GALA product development lifecycle,
- taking notes to provide an accurate reflection of discussions at project board, GALA Review Meetings and GALA DMG Review Meetings, following up on actions arising and maintaining action logs.


They will contribute in a similar manner to the delivery of the equalities responsibilities of the Policy & Development Department and the department's other policy project work.


This supports SLAB in meeting a number of its strategic objectives in the provision of legal aid through the delivery of GALA, demonstrating fulfilment of its Public Sector Equalities Duties and general policy development.

This post is permanent on a full time basis.
