Our client is the UK's largest and most progressive leisure centre operator.

A unique opportunity has arisen and due to the continued expansion of the business they are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Support Manager to join their team.


MAIN GOAL:

To promote the company vision, values, and beliefs, to deliver the organisations corporate sales framework throughout the area, and to lead a highly motivated, knowledgeable focused & professional sales team


MEASURE OF SUCCESS:

You will be measured on your areas delivery of the companies corporate sales framework including productivity performance and operational efficiency


Key Result Areas:


  • To be an inspirational leader fulfilling sales colleagues potentials in order for them to exceed customer's expectations
  • To deliver the corporate sales framework throughout your area including productivity KPI performance, regional reporting adherence, and ensuring area operational issues are managed and reported
  • To maximise promotion within your area through delivery of the corporate marketing strategy


  • Communication

  • To ensure all colleagues and customers understand the sales process
  • Inspect, monitor and review the sales process
  • Other tasks reasonably requested by the Regional Sales Manager or Regional Business Manager
