Swadlincote Window Company Ltd have been trading since 1998. Due to continued growth we are seeking to recruit an Estimator/ sales order processor. We are looking for somebody interested in developing within the role and career.

Main Tasks/


Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimates by analysing proposals and requirements.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Computes costs by analysing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
• Ensures prices are up to date are competitive and are negotiated.
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
• Supports the maintenance of the cost data base by entering and backing up data.
• Review and verify order information to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Prepared and processed customer orders.
• Accurately processes customers' orders, ensuring that all items, terms of payments and customer details are properly applied to orders.
• Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external.
• Process orders in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
